When can I expect to receive my pre-order?
Currently, IWA is accepting PRE-ORDERS only. All clothing is hand sewn for our customers and will take 4 - 6 weeks for delivery once your order is received.
What is the pre-order process?
IWA's pre-order process is designed with you the customer in mind. You may peruse our website and look book for the styles you like. Add the style you like to your cart and pay for your order. After you place your order an IWA costumer specialist will contact you by telephone to confirm your order, size, and the print of your styles. If your order is placed Monday - Thursday before 3 PM EST, then you will receive a phone call within 24 hours. Orders placed after 3 PM EST will receive a call within 48 hours. Orders received Friday - Sunday, or on Holidays will receive a call the next business day.
